Like countless others, Door County holds a special place in my heart and this sentiment is shared by every member of our family. Through the years, I have been asked by friends and colleagues about Door County and our favorite places to visit while there. This occurred so much that I prepared an email describing our favorite places to stay, restaurants, and attractions that I would share with those who expressed interest. During a recent visit to the dentist, when the hygienist began querying me about Door County while working in my mouth, I knew I had to devise a better way to tell the story of our “happy place.” You are visiting the solution to my quandary: a website dedicated to our family’s Door County adventures.
